I had a developer license to work with splunk.i was unable to implement by the splunk SIEM. why ??
how to implement the splunk security and using developer license
and open source is avaliable that one .

With Splunk Enterprise you can configure alerts / summary index for your event summary, which is close to the notable framework without ticketing system.

Otherwise you have to purchase Splunk Enterprise Security, an app with pre-built dashboards, threat intel framework, notable framework, etc.

In order to use a premium app, you have to purchase it. that includes ES, ITSI and maybe some others.
you will see a note "contact sales" when you are trying to download the app.
