Why does Incident Review fail to load after upgrading the Splunk App for Enterprise Security to version 3.3.1?

After upgrading my ES installation to version 3.3.1, the Incident Review page fails to load. The Firefox console shows a script error from require for ShareButton.js but provides no details. Loading the file manually by entering it into the URL works.

This is caused by an ad-blocker. Disable the ad-blocker and it should work.

This is not related to the ad-blocker. I am still facing the issue and incident review is not loading
