Can Splunk ES Trial Work with the Splunk Enterprise Free Trial (500 MB/day)?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about trial licenses.
Can the Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) license work together with the free trial version of Splunk Enterprise (500 MB/day, valid for 60 days)?

I saw a similar question on the community from around 10 years ago, but there wasn’t a clear answer.

"Can it work" is one thing but generally you cannot just go and download a free copy of ES so if you need a PoC/Trial of ES, you need to contact your local Splunk Partner or Splunk Sales directly.
