What is the "Niagara Experience?

I understand the "Classic Experience". I understand the new k8s based "Victoria Experience". But my Cloud instances claims to be part of the "Niagara Experience", and I cannot get anyone at splunk- including support and including my inside sales rep- to tell me what that is.

Bueller? What is "Niagara"? Is the underlying platform k8s as it is with "Victoria"? What customer-facing differences are there between Classic, Victoria, and Niagara? Why isn't Niagara listed on https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/8.2.2106/Admin/Experience?

According to Splunk support, where I also asked this question, it is the same as the Victoria Experience.
