Splunk Cloud Trial Internal Error

Hi everyone! I've just signed up into splunk and was going to start the splunk cloud trial, but when I got into the "start trial" page and clicked on the button, it showed me the "Internal Server Error" screen! I would love to understand why.

Also, on a attempt to understand what was happening, I got this message from the broken request: 

 

An internal error was detected when creating the stack. Please try again later.

 

 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
