How can I change the configurations in SPLUNK cloud to set up DB Connect correctly?

I want to set up DB Connect in SPLUNK Managed cloud to write SNOWFLAKE query in SPLUNK.

How can I change the configurations in SPLUNK cloud to set up DB Connect correctly?

I am using below blog from SNOWFLAKE but I am stuck at step3 because we are on SPLUBK Cloud.
