Can Splunk support staff in one region access customer data residing in Splunk cloud instance of another region ?
For e.g can support staff in US region access data in an index of a Splunk indexer which is hosted in Sydney, AU ?
This question is more in line with checking feasibility of moving from on-prem to Splunk Cloud and the client would not want to have support from another region to access the data in the region where its hosted. hence, asking.
If it is confirmed, that they cannot access, please share referenceable documentation as well. Thanks
