New user here.
I was going through https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/9.2.2403/Admin/ConfigureIPAllowList
I have the sc_admin role, I have also enabled token authentication and my splunk cloud version is greater then 8.2.2201
I wanted to add certain IP address to allow list, However I don't see the option to add IP address (screenshot attached)
How did you solve this issue? I am facing same problem.

Opening a Splunk Support case is not a straight forward task.
If you notice the screenshot, It asks me to provide answer to the question
"Splunk Support access to your company data" , However there is no Option to select and because of this I am unable to open a case.
