unable to see custom matrix for WMB (IIB) and WMQ).

Hi Experts,

I am new to AppDynamics and doing PoC to see stat for WMB (IIB) and WMQ. Followed below link to configurations .

Below are the issues am facing.

1. Unable to see Custom matrix under my application. (Attach screenshot )

2. WMQ getting below exception with WMQ.

[Agent-Monitor-Scheduler-1] 09 Jan 2019 13:02:52,729 ERROR PeriodicTaskRunner - Error creating environment task
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ibm/mq/MQException

3. WMB connection doesn't work too.

Need help to resolve the above issues.

P.S. - I am unable to attach logs and config files. How can I do this?

Hi Sonia,

Please go through the troubleshooting section in https://www.appdynamics.com/community/exchange/extension/websphere-mq-monitoring-extension/  and make sure you have tried all the steps. If you still have issues, please create a support ticket as specified in the support tickets section and someone from support will help you.
