after a server reboot and a recent upgrade to version 4.3... we are now not able to get the UI console of appdynamics working.

we've restarted the DB and APPserver using the ./controller.sh start-db and ./controller.sh start-appserver

and noticed that the startAS.log doesn't seem to be able to start the domain

I had a similar issue and that was resolved by clearing the glassfish cache.

I would recommend that you open a support case with AppDynamics and they will let you know the details specific to your issue.

Thanks,

Gurmit.

Hello Dcuy,

We observed this error in server log.

Caused by: com.google.common.util.concurrent.ExecutionError: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I suspect that it's same issue where we had a call today and resolved the issue after increasing the resources in domain.xml and db.cnf.

If not, increase the Xmx, Xms in domain at /controller/appserver/glassfish/domains/domain1/config/domain.xml and

innodb_buffer_pool_size in /controller/db/db.cnf file.

Restart the controller and let us know if you see any concern.

Regards,

Harish
