When I run ClamAV with the C agent compiled in, I get an error:

$ terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
^C
[1]+  Exit 134                sudo .libs/clamd

In case it helps:

$ uname -a
Linux ip-10-13-49-75 3.13.0-48-generic #80-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 12 11:16:15 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
