is it possbile to monitor crm application using synthetic agent scripts? please reply if you any idea on how to monitor siebel crm application..? i need to monitor the crm user experience ?

Hi Ashok,

It ight depend on which server you are using in the backend; but in general assuming its a.Net server, you should be able to use synthetic scripting to monitor your CRM application without any issues. Here is a quick refrence guide on how to use the synthetic scripts:

Do try this out and let us know in case you face any issues. Or else for monitoring CRM user experience you can also use Browser Real-User Monitoring (BRUM) as a second option. The differnce in both is that although Browser RUM can detect certain kinds of problems (like JavaScript exceptions), it cannot comprehensively test for functional correctness
