We can't see customer metrics when we want create a dashboard

Hi everyone

We have a problem when we want graphics a customer metrics on the dashboard:

We can create it:

We wait 24 hrs for create the dashboard and build the new graphics, but when we going to create it, the SAAS  show us a one metrics only:

The other one is not possible graphics because appdynamics don't show us. What can we do for to see all customer metrcis on dashboard?
