Universal Agent License Info

Could someone please let me know -

1. The licensing model For Universal Agent.

2. Does one Universal Agent installed takes up 1 License ? (similar to 1 Runtime Agent License)

3. Is the License included in existing plan if we have never used UA but are using Runtime Agents already or we need to expllicitly purchase UA

I've installed Universal Agent on several hosts, and UA itself did NOT consume any licenses.  Only the Java, .Net web etc.. that the UA agents deploys is what consumes licenses.
