Unable to receive an alert via SMS/email in SaaS pro trial version

Hi Team,

We have configured an alert with some set of health rules and we are unable to receive an alert via email & SMS however we are able to see in events that email & SMS were sent for that violation.

Please suggest us.

Could you please double click the event and check if actions are performed?

In addition, you can configure the setting from Email / SMS Configuration page from "Alert&Response" tab.
For email, you can test smtp configuration by sending a test email.
For SMS, you need to select your SMS carrier, and SMS may be only sent if your mobile carrier provides an email to SMS service to you.
