Traffic is not showing in appd

I am facing one issue, where user reported whenever he is running load test, he is seeing traffic in splunk but in appD its not showing and flowmap dashboard is also not coming.What are the possible reasons for this and 

The second thing is, after the test was completed and when he checked in App-D , he could see 18.2 K load for this micro service but the actual load that he fired is 62 K.Can any one suggest what are the solution of this.

P.S - He is not using appd  header or any url while running load test

Can you please help me in getting some clarity

1. You said that Appd is not detecting load

2. You also say that appd detecting the load but it is showing more than splunk 

Is this happening different set of servers ?
