Tiers/Nodes -> Memory -> Heap and Garbage Collection - Nothing Shows

I'm using the Saas On Prem controller and have everything showing from both the java agent and machine agent except the heap and garbage collection page under the memory tab is just blank.... Nothing loads.

I've tried various settings, 2 different JVM's and still can't get anything to load. Anyone have any ideas what could be the issue (configuration issue or issue on UI)?

Hello John,

Do you see data in metric browser for Garbage collection (refer to screenshot)?

Can you reset your browser cache and verify again. If you are able to see data in metric browser can you try in a different browser like IE where flash is enabled.
