Tier metric correlatior

HI Team,

We have enable tier metric correlator from admin setting however still it is showing disabled..What could be the issue

To use this functionality, you must enable percentile metric reporting on both the Controller and the Machine Agent. By default, reporting is disabled on the Controller and enabled on the agent.
