Hi All,

I am unable to use global search tab in the AppDynamics console. It is stating " the search service is currently unavailable". Can someone help me to resolve this please?

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you tell me what version your Controller # is and if you are on SaaS or on-prem!

Controller version is 4.4.3.4.

It is an on-prem setup.

My users are hitting the same issue.  On-prem and version 4.5.8

Hi @Jon.Rigual,

I did some searching and found this.

Can you please try the below and check how it goes

1. Open the events-service-api-store.properties in EventService
2. Check the keys if the  ad.accountmanager.key.controller and ad.accountmanager.key.mds are identical.
3. If not please keep them identical and restart the EventService
