Not able to login to Controller in free trial

Hi Team,
Please help me in this as i am not able to login to Appdynamics controller getting Login failed error again and again.
I was not able to login for the first time itself.

Note: Similar to my issue a ticket was raised before as well

Hello, @Anonymous 

Wondering if you've tried signing in with the same credentials you use to sign into this Community. Will you let us know how it's going, at your convenience?

Things to bear in mind: Are you using a local login when your trial account is configured with AppD IDP SAML?

After entering the account name, click the NEXT button. You will be redirected to login.appdynamics.com and logins into the Controller.
