Memory utilization health report in Appdynamics showing Memory Used percentage not matching with unix memory used percentage

Memory utilization health report is not showing the correct memory usage percentage when compared with the unix box memory utilization for the same server node. This is causing false alarm in the system. How can I correct the Appdynamics Memory utilization health report.
