Is it possible to have two or more app agents in one server?

I want to say "yes"; however, you may want to elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish by specifying what you consider a "server", what technology you are instrumenting, whether you want multiple versions or a single version, etc. Generally, since you point at your application runtime, it is absolutely possible.
