I wants to calculate AppDex for each of my Business Transaction.

To calculcate AppDex i would need All the Business Transaction Details including Response Time for each BT.

I want to export these details in Microsoft Excel so that i can apply some formulas to calculate AppDex.

I need help to export all BT along with Actual Response Time (Not Average Response Time).

Can someone please help me here or point me to the resource where i can get these details.

Thank you in Advance.

Hi Pritesh,

We do have REST API as an option / Or csv export from metric browser. Please go through below docs and let me know if that helps. You can also export as grid data as referred in attached ss.
