I have faced same error and resolved by above mentioned command.
Please use the following
Login to the platform-admin
cd <enterprise_console_dir>/platform/platform-admin/bin
./platform-admin.sh upgrade-orcha --platform-name <your platform name>

Hi @Ryan.Paredez I did explore and found nothing hence the reason I am asking for help here. I got the error after I had done and upgrade of the EC.
I don't mean to call out the obvious here, but have you explored what that error message said? Did it lead to anything?
I searched the community and AppD Docs for Orca and didn't find any existing content.
