Empty metrics and application flow map, but tier and node are registered

HI everyone,

I'm trying to deploy a new Java app with AppD javaagent attached.

I can see the tier and node information in Tier & Node, but all metrics (load, RT, errors ...) and BT are empty (no data to display).

In the logfile, I could find this line:

[AD Thread-Metric Reporter1] 03 Dec 2018 15:42:01,301 ERROR MetricHandler - Error sending metrics - will requeue for later transmission
com.singularity.ee.agent.commonservices.metricgeneration.metrics.b: Fatal transport error while connecting to URL [/controller/instance/XXXXXXX/metrics]

Has anyone ever been in this situation?

I am hitting exactly the same error. Do you know how was your issue resolved?

I reset the app agents and the issue was resolved.
