Where can I change my language configuration in Splunk?

I started Splunk, Demo versión of 90 Days in my desktop. Splunk is running all Menus and tabs in Chinese Mandarin. Where can I change my language configuration?

Have a look at Configure user language and locale.

In short, Splunk Web detects the language your web browser it set to.

You could change your web browser's settings or change the URL (specifically the language modifier) to something like:

http://yoursplunkserver.com:8000/en-US/.
