Desintalar splunk forwarder 6-4-2

Estoy tratando de desintalar el agente Splunl en un servidor y me sale este mensaje intente tambien hacerlo por linea de comando y me muestra un error parecido pero con el mismo mensaje como puedo hacer para resolver este problema.

I'm not sure that you can uninstall a package on Windows using CLI without the installation package.

I think that yu should use the Windows GUI Administrative Tools to do this.
