Can't login to support portal

When I click on Support portal link, I get the following error from Salesforce

Login Error:
Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information.

This started to happen last week, tried in another browsers, result is the same.
