Splunk Security ES - Developer License

Wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get a developer license to learn Splunk Security ES app?

I seen some past posts that point to some documentation but there is no email address on that page. Along with the links are only for a developer edition of Splunk itself, not the Security ES app.
