This is the PDF report which we get at 11:50 PM daily as it has been scheduled to run at this time. But in the report i see few fields are incomplete. I see "Loading/Processing bar" over there instead of the count. That means it got delivered before it completes its calculation. Is there anything to correct this...????

It is likely that your timeout has been reached and needs to be increased.
Since the PDF server waits for the Splunk process to send search results, a long running search may not get sent to the PDF server before a timeout occurs. If this is the case, you should edit the pdf_server.conf on the PDF server and alter the firefox timeout setting to be much larger than the default of 240 seconds.
