my generate pdf link is disabled. how can I enable it ?

Three things to know about integrated PDF generation: if you have used advanced XML, or any chart customizations that require Flash, or if your dashboard contains forms, then integrated PDF generation won't work. Can't tell from your screen shot if any of those things might be the case. See information in the documentation for these exceptions and what to do about them.

[CORRECTION for future readers: if you have chart customizations that require Flash, integrated PDF generation will still work. But the non-JSChart elements will not appear in the PDF. The chart itself will still be rendered, but it will ignore whatever options that made the browser use Flash.]

Not sure why you voted me down, I am trying to help. It seems that this might be a defect related to running on Solaris. The dev team is investigating. I will update this posting (or they will) when there is something solid to report.

thanks for the answer but still not solved. first I tried to give text like Count as in your example then removed it totally still PDF links are disabled.

Looks as if you have some badly formed XML at lines 17, 33, 49, and so on: . It should be something like: Count
