Why does a schedule PDF report is not delivered to a particular user?

A schedule PDF report of a dashboard is not been delivered to a particular user even after the user is present in the recipient list. We have 3 users present in the recipient list. Out of 3, 2 users are getting the PDF report. The roles and capabilities assigned to all 3 users are same.

Please let me know why this is happening?

So you have 3 contacts in the email attribute, but only 2 of 3 are getting that mail?

It seems like your mail server and configuration are fine, but there a problem with the address itself.

Try to enter only the one that is missing and hit 'Test PDF'
If he still doesn't get it, his email address or mail server is rejecting that address.
