How to parse logs into Splunk with RFC 3881 or DICOM?

Hi.

In our application we are generating logs based on "Audit Trail and Node Authentication" following RFC 3881 and DICOM specifications.

Now our challange now is to parse those in to SPLUNK. Have anyone done work with RFC 3881 or DICOM before?
