How to fix 500 internal server error on Splunk Cloud Version: 9.0?

Hi,

 

When I do APPS---> Splunk Common Information Model ----> In Actions when I click setup  

It is throwing an 500 Internal Server Error

" Oops.
An error occurred while rendering the page template. See web_service.log for more details Click here to return to Splunk homepage."

Let me know how we can sort out this error?
