Splunk-regmon.exe consuming 3.2GB out of 4GB RAM - Splunk Community

Hi everyone.

We've just realized that Splunk-regmon.exe has been consuming 3.2GB out of 4GB RAM in one of our preprod servers.

Is there anything we can do to prevent such amount of memory consumption?

Maybe, should we disable it?
