Is there a way to award bounties?

This site appears to be based on Stack Overflow. One SO feature that I don't see here is the ability to assign bounties to unanswered questions, or to award bounties for good answers. Is that supported here?

Admins have the capability to advertise bounty.
Usually the "double points" questions are here : http://answers.splunk.com/answers/double/

Or you can simply give your own karma points as reward.

You can give someone else point by up voting their question or answer. Additionally, you can also award points to folks by "giving" them some of yours...
