Is it possible to clone my indexer machine or Search Head and the license still valid?

If it is not possible, what would be the procedure to mount the license on some other machine?

My license is 10GB

Hi . you can. This is called as splunk migration.

1) stop stop splun from host you want to migrate to.
2) tar/zip splunk home
3) copy the entire tar/zip of old host to new host.
4 ) untar the zip
5) start splunk

But if I clone the machine A and restore it in other site it will works?

1) Shut down
2) Clone
3) Start in other Site
