How can the target summary index be specified with sistats?

Is this possible or can the results only go to the default summary index?

No, that's an argument to the collect command OR change the target summary index when defining the summary indexing search itself. In this latter case, the use of "collect" is implicit, and it will be provided the arguments for target index, etc.
