Code 401: Unauthorized for Splunk HTTP

When Boomi Process trying to call Splunk HTTP URL to feed the date receiving the following error , 
Code 401: Unauthorized for Splunk HTTP

Using proper Auth Key that is being used in multiple other deployed prcesses.
