how can i extend the amount of space to index per/day for splunk free licence?

Hi Splunk Team

i am using splunk free on a centos sever and its can only index 500 Mb/day but it is not enough for my prototype. I just want to know what procedures to follow if you want to extend splunk free index per/day to 3- 5 GB/day for only 2 months.

please help.

If you are acting in good faith that if your PoC is approved internally you will come back and buy a real license, your Splunk sales team will certainly give you a 30-day extended license to use.

You can get a developer license here http://dev.splunk.com or use the enterprise trail license or ask your local Splunk sales to buy one 😉
