How to troubleshoot why I am no longer able to log in to the Splunk Mobile App for iOS?


I used to have no issues with the mobile app on my iPad, but it mysteriously stopped working. No matter what I place in the user, password, or host name fields, I get Logon Error and a frowny face with no useful explanation of what happened. I can log into the web UI just fine. Where do I start looking for the problem?
