hi prateedshetty,
let me understand:

  1. do you have an index on a Windows server and you want to move it in a different Windows server?
  2. or do you want to change the destination of ingested logs?
  3. or do you want to forward logs fron an indexer to another?

Case 1, see https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.0.2/Indexer/Moveanindex

Case 2, change destination in outputs.conf of your forwarders.

Case 3, go in [Settings -- Receive and Forwarding -- Forwarding] and configure forwarding to the new Indexer.

Bye.

Giuseppe
