Forwarders are not sending data, getting Lightweight forwarder/UF not configured, how to configure outputs.conf?

I am getting the below error, but my outputs.conf is already configured.

Checked metics.log nothing is blocked.

sorry, my outputs.conf was incomplete, working fine now post adding below lines.
