Does anyone know if personalized Dev/Test support LDAP function?
I have a personalized Dev/Test environment, I would like to do LDAP with Active Directory, but I couldn't find MAP Group.
LDAP is not supported with dev/test license.
I do no think it is possible, at least I cannot do that with my own dev license, I already tried. As soon as I installed a dev license, it does disable LDAP authentication.
That is not explicitely documented but this kind of license is associated with a few limitations. I guess local authentication only is one of them: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.5.1/Admin/TypesofSplunklicenses
