Hi @gcusello - It's a stand alone environment and created the app on Search Head . The app directory is not showing under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps directory

if you have a stand-alone environment, you don't have a Search Head, you have an all-in-one server with all the roles collapsed in one server.

If you speak of Seach Head, maybe you have a distributed environment, are you sure od stand alone environment?

which kind of architecture have you: stand alone or distributed?

If distributed, check the system you're viewing: you have to search the app folder in one of the Search Heads.
