Cannot Install Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services

I am using a trial version of splunk cloud

I try installing this app - Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services - https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3110/

and i get the error

Error downloading update from https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3110/release/3.0.0/download/: NOT FOUND
