move frozen/archieve data from one NFS share to other NFS share

Recently system admin give us another NFS share(share2) to move the frozen/archieve logs/data from old NFS share(share1).

share1()------------move data--------->>>share2

whats are the steps to aviod system performance issues.

Frozen logs are completely invisible to Splunk.
You can move/delete/rename them as you wish, it will have no impact on Splunk.

You should consider the network load, but that would be your only concern.
