Getting Data In

Windows Infrastructure app is not showing reports under "Active Directory > users > User Reports " whereas "users overview" dashboard and all other dashbpards in the app are showing data ?

Windows Infrastructure app is not showing reports under "Active Directory > users > User Reports " whereas "users overview" dashboard and all other dashbpards in the app are showing data ?

These dashboards require the Ldap Search support app running in the background doing queries. so you need this app installed on the searchhead as well. These dashboards do live queries to AD.

@ncrofts - what i understand is that something in the back is not accelerating that's why its not coming up.

I have done installation of Windows app some 2-3 times in different environments and every time i found user reports not populating.
Can you suggest what could be the possible reason ?
