Where can I keep my props.conf having datetime.xml and SEDCMD on HF /indexer?unable to index to index the file

The props.conf file should go in an app that you install on the HF and/or indexer.

Please explain what you mean by "unable to index to index the file".  What file?  What errors do you get?
