When I try to add Data Input, why do I get a blank screen with no options to proceed?

When I try to add Data Input, a blank screen appears. It s not moving forward and gives me no option to proceed.

Have you tried using another browser?

Does this happen after you select the file? And only for that particular file? You can try manually editing the inputs.conf file and placing your monitor there.
